ERGO Lifter

General Description

The ERGO Lifter is a hydraulically operated elevator to lift a ream of uncut paper. A Chain Driven plow assembly strips a predetermined (controlled by operator) amount of paper on to a tray that overhangs the cutting board. The operator releases the paper from the tray when they are ready and it is placed on the cutting table. The unit obtains its hydraulic power and control commands from the programmable hydraulic press (PHP). The Lifter has either auto or manual functions, based on the operator’s preferences.

Safety

The ERGO Lifter was designed with personnel safety in mind. The Lifter's motion is possible only when guarding is in place. Dual channel safety monitoring on guarding and emergency stop. Padlockable disconnect to prohibit unauthorized use of machine.
